1、 Characteristics of zirconia ceramic ring

2、 Characteristics of alumina ceramic ring
1. The hardness was measured by the Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanghai Institute of Silicate, and its Rockwell hardness was HRA80-90. The hardness was only inferior to diamond, which was much higher than the wear resistance of wear-resistant steel plate and stainless steel.
2. Excellent wear resistance. According to measurements by the Powder Metallurgy Research Laboratory of Southeast University, its wear resistance is 266 times that of alloy steel and 171.5 times that of high chromium cast iron. According to our user tracking survey over the past decade, under the same conditions, it can extend the service life of machinery and equipment by more than ten times.
3. It is lighter in weight and has a hardness of 3.5g/cm3. It is only half that of steel and can greatly reduce equipment power.
